The negative feedback for my eBay transaction with Malcolm was removed, so I'm posting it here. I bought an Apple monitor from him which arrived damaged: the stand and frame were bent and the screen cracked. Mistakes happen and I understand things can break during shipping however, Malcolm was completely unwilling to accept responsibility or work with me to accept a return. Among other things, he tried to accuse me of insurance fraud rather than help me. eBay and Paypal investigated our claims, and ultimately decided in my favour, not his, and refunded my money. I really hate to leave a review like this in such a public forum, but I feel like future customers should be aware.

I had to leave this review (like the chap bellow). I purchased a computer on Ebay and cancelled a couple of hours later. I've been trying to get a refund for nearly 3 weeks and have had to raise a dispute with Ebay. On my feedback the seller has stated that they sent the item and are pending return - we've exchanged notes prior and explained that this is not correct. Sigh.
