My drain was blocked. Didn't bother to contact any other company as I know they will charge three times as much . Carl managed to get to me within a few hours and my problem was dealt with quickly and efficiently. It does not take long for Carl to fix any problem because he has the expertise and the equipment. I definitely won't be getting a long stick and doing it myself if it happens again 🙂 !!! Thank you Carl.

Drain was blocked and called a different company who gave me a mobile number. Called that and they said they'd come in a couple of hours, that time went so i called again to be told I'm next. Waited a few more hours. 2 men turn up with zero customer service and prod the drain with a long pole for about 10 mins whilst hosing water down. Unblocked drain and then i asked how much because at no point have i been given a price or asked any details, he said we'll send an invoice and was asked to text my email address. They didn't replace the screws on two drain covers. Couple weeks later invoiced £99! Riddiculous charge for the service. So my advice is buy yourself a long pole and save £89 and the disappointing experience of this company.
