Great experience from Darkside, spoke to them a few times around mods for different vehicles and always provide a massive amount of information.

Recently purchased a suspension kit for my Caddy to lower and improve handling to fit myself. The kit come quick in great wrapping so nothing was damaged during shipping, helpful instructions also come with the kit which made fitting super easy.

The entire process was thorough and professional.

I ordered the EGR delete, swirl flap delete, intercooler and downpipe for my 2014 F10 diesel. I am located in the USA. Everything came extremely fast(2 days) and well packaged. I am a BMW tech and performed all repairs including cleaning the intake ports. While installing I noticed I did not have the brackets for the intercooler as well as some vinyl decals. I contacted the company and they have all items well documented that went in each box with photos. Brackets were small and I probably threw them out during my excitement of opening the boxes, lol. They were very kind to provide me the brackets and vinyls with no charge, I only had to pay for the shipping. Again, parts came super quick. After part install, the tuning portion was also great. Performed multiple logs and dialed in the tune after about 5 revisions. This is no generic tune, they actually care to dial your specific car in. No CEL since final tune. I drive a considerable amount. I have driven about 12,000 miles since last tune was done in January. No issues what so ever. Would not hesitate to use again. I also had a custom 3" stainless exhaust installed, and it sounds amazing!

This Company is amazing, I have taken my pride and joy here for the first time for a new timing chain and a new custom exhaust and I couldn't be happier. I plan on bringing any future cars here now! Big shoutout to Jack and Danny for their excellent customer service and communication. I visited their shop to demo a Tentbox Lite XL, and whilst I didn’t end up buying it as it was out of stock and due to logistics as I live 4h away, they knew that and still were very friendly and caring and helped answer all my questions. They communicated by email every day leading up to the demo to schedule the time and they were very responsive. Thanks again!

Must say, when I saw the number wasn’t available anymore I was quite worried. However Ben replied to emails straight away and sorted my issue ordering the wrong part and still had it out for delivery on time. Very easy to deal with and part arrived next day! Life savers. We visited on the off chance of viewing a Tentbox, you're supposed to make an appointment but as some of the staff own them they were happy enough to let us view theirs on the cars. They were amazingly helpful and when we decide to go ahead and buy, arranged a suitable time for fitting. They were happy to answer any questions and when we returned for the fitting they were fast and efficient. Very happy with our purchase and the service.
