Simon Green was a hugely informative trainer, who alerted staff to many of the potential threats our school could face and how we could prepare ourselves to meet them. This was not just in drills and lockdown sirens, but actual, tangible and practical ways that staff could keep themselves and their charges safe and also adapt to the ever changing circumstances during a threat incident. Simon's background means that he speaks authentically from a wealth of experience and was an engaging, active and very interesting speaker. As a school, we feel infinitely more prepared should the worse happen and I cannot recommend him and Damocles Security Consultants Ltd highly enough.
