my big awesome PC started acting weird just as i got some important work in, D&A answered the phone before they were even open and i picked up my fixed PC before lunch time, they managed to track down a weird esoteric fault and fixed it and also threw a load of extra fixes that they didnt have to do for free.
all id say to customers is Please do remember to bring back your customer receipt when collecting your computer as it puts them in an awkward position otherwise.

My laptop had a power issue and basically died. The staff were helpful and recovered all my data from my hard drives. They even helped me install all my emails onto a new laptop and then dispose of my old one. Helpful guys and great service!

Did a really good job with my gaming pc. Did everything as said, for better prices than competitors. The Staff there care about the customer and were helpful with contacting us. Even saved all my boxes/Thermal Paste etc. Great Shop, Will recommend to all.

Had an issue with my pc which had not been resolved by the manufacturer. These guys were not only able to resolve the issue, but did so with care, great customer service, a smile, and constantly kept me up to date with what was happening. Perfect communication and I was not overcharged for the privilege. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I've been a D & A Computers custormer for many years. Dimos and his assistants have always been very helpful, giving me tips about my computer problems, fixing my devices when things go wrong. I have also bought my best computers here and it is the first port of call when I am in trouble. 5/5, absolutely! claudio.

Most consistently useless shop in London. In the 3 years I've been calling them a few months apart, they're always out of stock of any item I need (coolers, RAM, cases). Useless.

Patient positive service, when we had issues with my son's self-built gaming computer they spent a lot of time working on resolving issues. We can recommend them.
