Always a first class service!

Neil is a fantastic mechanic and a really friendly guy, I recently had my road bike serviced which included replacing a snapped gear cable - he had the job done the next day and even dropped it at my house to save me picking up. Amazing service would always recommend and will be returning year on year.

Used this company for the first time today and wow. Unbelievable service and really reasonably priced. I couldn’t believe it.

I came with the issue and within the hour my bike was fixed and in perfect working order.

Would recommend to anyone.

Started fantastic and ended so frustratingly. Fixed my Carrera gear problems and my sons Ridgeback disc brake issue in good time at a good price and great service.
After that the problems started. Had my Ridgeback to rebuild and my sons old Ridgeback to do a small repair on so I could sell it. Then my daughters Ridgeback gears needed attention. All dates for action passed with no communication for ages. Finally after a few weeks later following a comment asking where the bikes arr on his Facebook page (now deleted by him), he contacted me. Again dates were missed and always have to chase him. After 2 months we ended it and he returned the bikes to me. Kids bike minor repair done and not charged for. No work done on the adult bike. Such a shame because he is excellent when he wants to be. But very frustrating when he wants to be. I would suggest giving him a try and hope for the excellent side of him. As for me I am now using the Service care packages at Halfords

Top service. Spoke with Neil on phone and via email, he was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. Very quick reply and sorted out my problem with obtaining a spare part very quickly.

I received excellent service here yesterday, after suffering issues with my rear brake I called in to see if I could get some help identifying the problem, Neil stopped what he was doing to come outside, showed me where the problem was, and even lubricated the caliper after fixing it for me. Wouldn't accept any money afterwards either. Will definitely be using this shop in the future for all my biking parts and work needed. 10/10, would recommend to anyone.
