Fantastic service at this store, my husband had a problem with his phone, he's with iD, and they tried their best to help, but we decided to upgrade to a new phone. Keir was extremely helpful and helped to set my new phone up too. I can't thank Keir and his colleagues more!

Really poor customer service today. A set of demo headphones on display in the store were not working. The member of staff replied with "we don't have any headphones on display any more, only cards" and was not bothered at all.

The whole point of a physical store is having the products out for you to see and demo in person. I'll be buying elsewhere for ~£50 less (where their price match doesn't cover) as they clearly don't want the custom.

Went in to buy a mobile phone, plenty of staff were free, I asked for some assistance and was told they would get someone for me. I stood waiting while staff milled around not even acknowledging me. I waited so long that I was able to go on the Samsung website, buy the phone, trade in my current phone and apply for finance before walking out. Congratulations on losing a £1200 sale

Do not trust Currys, they want your money and then don't care about you, they sell you one thing and sell you another, they leave you stranded and when you say you need compensation, they pass you from pillar to post. Currys Webchat are lairs and just send basic replies, when you send them the transcripts to prove your point they don't care.
When you attend the store when dealing with the error and making a complaint, they get a staff member to help choose a new item but then complains because they are helping deal with a colleagues error and they are taken away from their sales targets, I know this because I was asked to hurry and make a decision on the new item.
Shocking shocking behaviour from staff, nobody wanted to take ownership of any complaint. Promised call-backs from complaints team and store manager which hasn't happened within promised time scale.
Double check everything before you walk out of this store !!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I had my time again, I would not have purchased anything from this store and I would like to suggest you don't either. I purchased a soundbar from the store on 14/02/24, however I advised the manufacturer (LG) and the store that the item was faulty due an issue with the ARC input (it kept on turning the sound on and off) on the 13/06/24 and requested a repair. The item was uplifted by LG who replaced the motherboard and returned the item on 04/07/2024. On using the device, the same fault appeared immediately! I returned the item for a full refund (as the consumer rights act state that if a repair has failed then I can reject the goods for a full refund) however, this was refused. Terrible service and the Manager 'Dave' was dreadful. If you do decide to buy from here and the goods are faulty after 30 days, be prepared for a fight to get your hard earned money back!

Last week I had to return a faulty TV to store and their policy is that faulty items have to be sent off for repair. Today over a week later. I checked in with the store and the TV has not been collected for repair I am disgusted and demanded a refund but no go.

Went to purchase a Ninja Airfryer for my daughter, store quite busy inside, approached a young member of staff who appeared to be greeting people coming into store. I asked him if he vould help me with a purchase to which he agreed. Great. Once I showed him the item I would like he picked it up and took it to a till where he then asked another member of staff to complete the sale. Unfortunately this member of staff was serving another customer, they continued to bicker amongst themselves as the young staff member stated he would get wrong for not being in his normal position. I did have the sale eventually completed by the young man however, he was very rushed with the sale, continually spelling my name wrong, postcode wrong, his general demeanour extremely poor. The customer service in Currys has been getting worse and attitude of mainly younger staff atrocious.

I had a pre order on the iphones 16. The call centre said it was impossible to get my order in time. Kier went out if his way and made this possible and I collect my iphones today.
