Have used Cruise Club forany years. Always receive excellent service , always using phone. Even talking to a different contact makes no difference, their access to our information is great. Full marks to their handling during COVID times of booking/rebooking/cancellation/and finding alternative. I always enjoy a friendly pleasant chat. Plus their special offers are very welcome. Impossible to mention a specific contact since they are all excellent.

We have not used Cruise Club UK before but had seen an advert with an appealing cruise. We spoke to Marcia who was amazing as she was so helpful and patient! We spent a long time putting together a bespoke package and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend the booking process but will need to review again once we have travelled to comment on that aspect.
We also price checked the deal with another agent and they couldn't get anywhere near the price Cruise Club offered.

What a company! After Lufthansa shafted me and my wife by cancelling our business flights less than 24 hours before departure and having our money for nearly a year, Cruise Club UK stepped in to rescue us. Despite Lufthansa saying no flights were available, cruise club uk were able to find flights. Thank you so much and we will recommend this company to our friends.

We have used Cruise Club for bookings for quite a few years now and have always received good service. We have just returned from a cruise booked through them where the quality of the ship, the food and the service were all poor. As we had a further cruise booked on the same ship we contacted Cruise Club immediately we returned to cancel that booking. We received very good service in advising us of our options, and once we had made a decision, implementing the changes agreed. They are now also putting our complaints forward to the cruise line on our behalf. We certainly recommend Cruise Club to others.

Any queries have been dealt with promptly and everyone I have had dealings with have been knowledgeable and friendly.

We had a Princess cruise booked through this company in February this year, the cruise was cut short because of a nova virus outbreak on board, we were told we would get a refund of our fare, and it would be paid via our travel agent, we are still waiting. We don’t know if Princess have refunded our money but most people on our cruise seem to have had theirs, we have tried many, many times to contact Cruise Club by email and even sent a letter by mail but we haven’t had the courtesy of a reply, we simply want to know what is happening. We have been loyal customers to Cruise club for many years but this is the first time anything has gone wrong so it doesn’t give us a lot of faith in their after sales service.

We now know that cruise club got a cash refund from Princess in early May but we still haven’t received our money, we have tried to contact them but not they do not respond. We are now thinking we may have to take legal action to my mind if they are holding onto money that should have been forwarded to us that is theft.

I contacted cruise club regarding a holiday I had seen advertised and spoke to Marcia the sales person.Marcia was enthusiastic and friendly and made it so easy to understand everything about the cruise
She sent me an email with all of my questions answered which made me feel at ease about any hidden charges and additional cost around the holiday
After a week of thinking and discussing with my friends we decided to book I contacted Marcia as she was about to leave work , she said it was best to sort the details out now if I was happy to proceed as the cruise was popular today
I gave her the details and booked , to help me pay the deposit she was allowing us to pay our deposit over two months as it is such a large amount
I found this service fantastic and Marcia is a credit to cruise club uk for making my booking so easy.
