Don’t even think off using these, it will be your worse nightmare! No more royalmail maps they use bing maps that are totally useless we had drivers going to different address due to wrong addresses, we lost endless drivers and customers App was down more then it was working,drivers that have I phones the app would crash if they took a call. Soon to clear never worked. Road map they promise was all lies to keep you there. Avoid at all cost ?

Received a call today to make up the short coming of some staff that rejected by proposal for help today from Mariam, she went beyond the call of duty to help an old customer. Ever so happy that I had to amend our previous review of Cordic. Certainly the best product on the market even though its a little expensive it works ever so well so would recommend it over the other currently in the market place as it is excellent for pricing accounts and easy to understand on driver statements. So I say if you in the market check this one out as your first option. Feel free to call us for me details,

The PDQ is far too small (as is the font) and the battery is poor.

Whereas as other despatch systems gave the driver the pick-up, drop-off and customer telephone number on one screen, this system requires that you scroll through at least three.
