Pete at COR Solutions provided a 1st class service to resolve an issue a friend of ours had with her laptop. We'd arranged for her to visit the repair centre in Hitchin, and Pete both resolved her issue and clearly explained to her about how to locate and open the files he had managed to get her access to. It was great to have a full end-to-end service, not just someone who fixed the problem, gave back the machine and that was the end of it.

Pete was a real pleasure to deal with from start to finish, he was professional, polite and able to resolve the issue quickly and without any fuss and with clear explanations of what he had done, and the after-service to explain how to access and open the files, all for a very reasonable price.

I would highly recommend COR Solutions to others in a heartbeat, great to find someone who genuinely cares about the work they do. A fast, friendly and efficient service.

My issue - upgrade to Microsoft Office 365 was handled very well for a very reasonable charge. Only issue - delay in acknowledging and rescheduling but I guess Pete G (who I have dealt with before - no complaints) is very busy. Once I had my slot all went through very well. Thank you, Pete.

Pete was brilliant! He listened to my account of the problem, and told me the price for a remote fix, which would be increased if he needed to do a repair in-house, rather than charging me for two separate jobs. He spent time over two days trying unsuccessfully to effect a remote repair, and had to reinstall Windows at his premises. He offered phone support until I’d got the machine fully reloaded and running again. He was consistently friendly, patient and responsive to calls and messages, and I recommend Cor Solutions without hesitation.
