We have a monthly contract with Computer Rehab comprising of one-hour maintenance and IT Support each and every month, this contract works exceedingly well and if we do not use the services in one month - it is rolled over to the next month. One of our young directors travels extensively into Europe and New York City and the "Remote" maintenance works amazingly well.

I have used Computer Rehab over a period of 6-7 years now. Each problem has been varied and on different devices and we haven't had a problem yet that ken hasn't resolved effectively.
Ken is lovely, If your like me and not to hot on today's quickly moving tech stuff then Ken will put you at ease. He is genuine and trustworthy. He will only charge you for time he spends working on your computer not time he has spent waiting on downloads. He will go above and beyond when it comes to your technical difficulties and doesn't like to be beaten by a problem. He has even tested out a problem on his young son's device first before working on mine, even though my device was the one with the problem. I'm sure his son would not have been too happy with him.
ken is thoughtful too, he even has been known to send out to his clients warning emails of scams, this the type of guy he is, his sole priority is to help you and he loves what he does! It doesn't get any better than this guy.
