We arrived late in the day, around 4pm. We loved the museum, particularly the TV presentation which was fascinating and gave us a great in depth view of how things used to be and how they are today. It was amazing to see the range of wicker products throughout the ages. The lady in the shop was very cheerful, helpful and was closing up when we had gone through the museum but we were free to use the loos and to take as long as we liked to wander around the numerous walks where we saw the willow growing in a most stunning area. It was the highlight of my Somerset holiday and should not be missed.

Great for kids...only rides and grooming available. Loved seeing the friendly ponies at close quarter. Teen boy was a bit bored. Teashop sold cake and crisps but not hot food.

nice place i had no idea existed. theres an accessible slope down to the buildings which is quite steep.

theres a couple of little units then a good sized cafe with plenty of outdoor seating for larger groups. further on theres a shop. you can see from my picture some of the range of baskets they sell.

they do tours around the small museum and basket making area at 11am. i assume schools come for this during term time as there is plenty of outdoor room.

definitely worth a lunch time visit.

This is an interesting place to visit. As well as the willow shop, there is a small museum. There are also several gentle walking trails, sometimes with willow sculptures. Staff are friendly, excellent cafe and plenty of parking.

Arrived in time for the tour. 11am Monday - Friday. Very interesting and informative. Lovely Ellie answering lots of questions. We then went on a short walk up the hill to see the levels. Then back to the cafe for soup of the day and cheese on toast. A few vegetarian options available. Friendly staff, nice food. Well worth the drive. Will have a look around the museum next time.

We took my friends children to the monster trail and they loved it, the walk itself was pretty short and accessible. The cafe and shop area was really nice.

What a lovely surprise to discover, such an interesting place to visit, the trail is free and we spent at least an hour walking and discovering different Willow sculptures. There is a lovely dog friendly Café, we had a coffee and walnut and the lemon drizzle cake both was to die for. Lots to see including a museum and plenty of choice of different gift shops we spent a small fortune. Can't wait to return, plenty of Free parking too.

Amazing place to visit with the family or as a couple. The facilities are clean. The cafe has a great selection of food and drinks. And if you feel adventurous you can wonder around the fields and through the trees.
