I have used Nathan and Coactive ICT and as my business has grown from a sole trader to a small business, Nathan has been on hand to assist with my telecoms needs as I have expanded the business. He is always available if required to answer any questions but the VOIP system we now have installed in the office fully caters for our needs as a small business, he has waked us through all of that. I can't recommend Nathans service enough you truly are in safe hands, honest and trustworthy advice coupled with a great service.

Co active ICT have been looking after my IT Support for my businesses for the last 12 months now and have been wonderful!
The Support system they have in place works every time and they dont mind how many times I call them !
( even with very simple queries)
Before I had this support I would spend far too much of my time trying to figure things out for myself and getting not very far.
Its peace of mind for me not being an IT expert and worth every penny, which I also think is a realistically priced package.

We initially migrated our broadband over to Coactive after meeting Nathan through a mutual business acquaintance and their service provision has been second to none.
We manage numerous critical systems from our office and require 24 hour remote access to our servers by mobile engineers, and since working with Coactive we’ve seen zero broadband downtime, which is exceptional.

We’ve since also moved to Coactive’s VOIP system and it’s changed the way we work. The system is remarkable, and fully scalable according to our needs. Remote working is now simple and we don’t miss any calls, plus the system manages our 24 hour emergency callout line 100% effectively. We can’t recommend them highly enough.

The pricing for all of the above was the most competitive we could find by far, which is an added bonus!

We’re meeting with Coactive in a couple of weeks to discuss engaging them to manage our entire IT system, which encompasses our office-based and on-site staff, which will give us one point of contact if we have any communication or IT issues.

In brief, they are the absolute pinnacle of their profession and you will not go wrong if you use their services. Faultless.

I have my business phone with these guys and they were so professional and helpful when looking at the packages available. Their knowledge and support is amazing I would certainly recommend them. My broadband with Sky has been down recently and Nathan and Marc sourced a temporary solution for me when Sky couldn’t.
