Absolute gem of a company

Absolute gem of a company. First time ordering and was made to feel like a customer, not just another number. Good old fashioned honest people doing their best to provide a great service. I ordered around 35 different items and naturally some were not in stock. I was immediately upgraded to the next in the range at no extra cost.

Gemma, the lovely lady who dealt with my order, could not do enough to help. Beat customer service I've ever had. Shes a beaut!

Wow!!!, what a fantastic service from start to finish, I have used cmt as a tier 2 customer and as a blue chip buyer but yet the level of attentiveness and genuine interest and professionalism stays the same, their catalogue will accommodate for almost every eventualitie the industry faces and if not stocked they will surely have it for you within 2 working days at no extra cost. I ordered an in stock item I needed urgently, got no acknowledgement, chased it, was told it was coming same day and I would get an invoice - nothing arrived, two more calls and I was told it was out of stock - these guys are a waste of time and effort - avoid

Fabulous staff and service!

I cannot thank Claire (especially the lovely Claire!), James and the CMT enough for all their hard work in getting out PPE out to us.

They have smashed our previous prices with different suppliers and have really made ordering a breeze.

If there's ever a problem (which is not often) they sort it out asap.

Must also need to mention the biscuits they send out a really tasty too 🙂 🙂
