Clockwork have done an amazing job remodelled our proprietary FileMaker based CRM system and taking over our IT support.

Fantastic service throughout, from initial enquiry to through diagnosis and repair. In my case this was replacing the old HDD drive with an SSD drive and updating the operating system on my iMAC. It's made my almost useless old iMAC awesome to work on for the first time ever. Very reasonable prices and good care taking over backing up data. Thank you very much.

Had two repairs on my MacBook Pro done here and on both occasions (a year or so apart) they gave me my MacBook back with a screw missing in the base. Simply not good enough.

Also, I know their speciality is fixing things, but they could work on their customer service. Not many smiles, sorry and/or thank you going around.

I will be using Apple directly in the future.

Best place in Leeds - They were so quick and helpful. You can even track how far along the fixing process they are and pay online. Would 100% recommend for anyone needing apple products repaired. At least 20% cheaper to get my macbook screen replaced than other places. Thank you!

I've taken my iMac here for an SSD upgrade and more recently I've had a MacBook Pro inspected for water damage and both times the service has been excellent. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the turnaround time is very quick. They're also very honest about pricing, they actually volunteered to reduce the cost of the job as the price of the components had come down since they had originally quoted me - you don't get that sort of honesty very often these days! Well done guys, top work.

Really excellent service. My Mac Pro 5.1 was refusing to boot after a bodged (by me) software update to OSX10.14 Absolutely nothing I could do would coax it back into life. Clockworks took it in and 3 days later it's now running better than it ever was. Can't recommend them highly enough!
