My elderly mother got her phone fixed and was delighted with the service she received. Clear explanations, no pressure sell, she got her battery replaced very quickly and to a great quality. I’m very pleased with the service I received from Click. They managed to source and replace the motherboard on my Dell Inspiron laptop. They were apologetic as the slight delay to faulty motherboards being supplied to them. My Dell is now back with me and has been working perfectly for over a week. Would you them again. Have used is past to sort mobile phone immersed in water.

I had my macbook screen fixed here and it seemed fine until a year later it started malfunctioning. I have since discovered that this is due to the third party replacement. I tried to come back here for help and they did not reply to my email for weeks then were very blunt when I went in. Do not go here for screen replacements. Make sure you check that you get a genuine screen replacement/apple certified or it will malfunction and potentially ruin your laptop.
Edit: Despite what the response says, there was no mention of warranty by myself or the shop. I was willing to pay full price and merely just wanted to see if it could be fixed. This rudeness has made my even less likely to use the shop again.

Called the shop at 10.30, took the laptop in at 11, got a call 30 mins later to say they had the parts and by 1 o’clock I was back in the shop collecting my fully repaired laptop, which also cost about 30% less than others had quoted!!!! Can not recommend this place enough to all those people who feel stuck because the place that you bought your item from does not care in the slightest the second after you paid for it. 10/10.
