Not at all impressed with the new Cornhill market. Limited opening - not open Mondays and Tuesdays. Half the stalls are empty and a lot of the old favourites have gone. Stall holders seem to agree ‘it’s not what it was’.

Many thanks to James-Dean for helping get my issue sorted with my bin. Had been going on for a while but as soon as I spoke to him the issue was sorted very swiftly!

Council is rubbish, at my council property a privately owned houses trees are overgrown and now hanging over the councils fence and causing damaged, I reported this to the council who have told me "its your responsibility to pay to have the overgrown trees cut down before we will come out and deal with our fences. An absolute disgrace ? I passed this to the Councillor and even he has not had the courtesy to reply Shameful.

Just watched the binmen drop our household refuse bin into the bin lorry this morning. My husband went and asked the operatives for it back. They said, "It's gone now mate, nothing we can do about it." I rang the City of Lincoln Council to be told they will put an order for a replacement. Now, it apparently takes 2 weeks to get it for some reason, and only after 2 weeks of waiting will they be able to chase it. In the meantime, just put your rubbish in bin liners on the kerb side. Cue foxes, rodents, and bad weather.

Absolutely diabolical, 8 years waiting for a fence to be sorted. Problems on front of house, housing inspector useless not interested. Antisocial behavior people, ignore emails, ignore the police, not once but 4 times, They are happy taking rent, just not happy at taking any responsibility

Thank you for the ticket I received for parking on Danesgate.

It has dampened the overall experience and made me question whether I would recommend the city to others. As a tourist, I expected a welcoming and accommodating environment that would encourage me to explore and appreciate the attractions Lincoln has to offer.

I kindly request that the council consider reviewing its approach to parking enforcement and visitor information. By providing clearer guidance and support to tourists, you can foster a more positive experience and promote your city as an inviting destination for visitors.

This was my first and last visit to your town. BTW please use double yellow line system as no parking signs on building walls are not visible.

Every interaction I have with the City of Lincoln Council has been positive. Granted, I don't have too much interaction, but where I have, I've got no complaints. The staff have always been friendly and helpful.

Still waiting for my £150 council tax rebate from April !
Phoned 8 times, emailed 5 times, and have been promised a letter will be sent out, but still waiting !!!
First time I emailed I was told I was too late to claim it using the normal channels and it would be added as credit to my account, and I needed a letter with my bill/credit displayed so I can transfer it to my bank, as I don't pay by direct debit. I then phoned and was promised a letter would be sent out.
After another 4 phone calls and 7 emails I'm still waiting for my letter, they promise to send it every time but still haven't.
If I owed THEM money you can be sure they would do everything to retrieve it.
Bunch of lying charlatans.
