Beautiful views over the surrounding landscape. Getting to the actual beacon is a short hike from the parking. Be aware that it's usually windy on the beacon so dress appropriately. There are numerous walks one can take on the hill or down the valley.
The parking usually has an icecream truck and there's also a new coffee truck.

Easy parking today in snow. When it is warmer weather, it can get very busy. Good views, pathways to walk, nice fresh air with no facilities so bear that in mind. Parking is free
