I can't believe how friendly and helpful they have been. We have used their services since we first arrived in Romford 20 years ago. My 10 year old computer was working fine, but I had the scary message from Windows that they won't be supporting Windows 10 anymore and I had to get an upgrade. Heather was absolutely amazing. She went through everything with me on the phone, took away the old computer, uploaded everything she could and brought it back to me. Everything is working great and I don't have to flaff around trying to get things back to where they were. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Extremely happy, booked in a full PC Rebuild, got given a very good price, and when i came to pick up the PC i was so happy to see they did not cheap out on the parts. Every single part, down the the PSU, GPU, motherboard, fans, was all from big reputable brands.

I will definitely be taking my computer to them from now on, whenever i need to get work done on it.

If your like me, and dont know much about computers, you are in very safe hands taking it to these guys.

Amazing service from start to finish. PC had a CPU temperature problem and was fixed within a day after needing a new cooler. Lady who helped me explained everything which was done on it and how they found the problem. If you want your computer fixed properly and professionally or for anything else these are the people to go to! Thanks again

Absolutely fabulous care. I had a problem with my PC not being able to boot for over a week and had lost the will to continue on my own. A friend recommended this business, I was absolutely blown away. Not only did they come to collect the PC but I could see how much care and consideration was put into looking after my PC. As it was costly this was actually a big concern for me. The next day I had my answer and they replaced the failed part. Not only that but they delivered my PC back in record time, sooner than expected, they went above and beyond to get my PC back to me ASAP.

If you are looking for a place to trust with your computer, this would be it! I have no hesitation about using them again and to recommend them to anyone in the area who needs help. I couldn't say more positive things about them. Not only was it wonderful for my PC but they were truly empathetic, understanding and genuinely more friendly than I ever expected.

I took my computer to another repair shop who were unable to find what was wrong with it, so I then took it to Central Computers to get a second opinion and they were able to identify what was the issue so that it could be repaired. Recommended!

Recently we had a problem with our PC. Heather at Central Computers was extremely helpful in taking the PC explaining in detail the possibilities for moving forward.
The fact that the computer was old made us decided to go for a new machine.
This was designed with our needs in mind and we were kept informed throughout the process to ensure we were completely satisfied.
The bonus for us was that the set up was exactly as we had before with transfer of all data/apps completed. This made it easy to take home, set up and use with minimal effort.
We have no hesitation in recommending this friendly and efficient family business to anyone with any computer issues.
