Dealt with this company for a while 5 star is to low in my opinion for this company if I could give more I would, only had the pleasure of dealing with chris and Brian in the office but I'm sure everyone else will be just as good. The rep tony is the best in the game can't fault him will help anyone at the drop of a hat. Overall an excellent company.

Incredible service. Can't fault this company. Sales to delivery. Possibly the best service I have received from anywhere. Fantastic service, I have been trying to renovate my Victorian cast iron fire and found it impossible to find anything that fitted it. I rang them up and they invited me to bring it in with me.
They have a massive range of spares and soon had me fixed up with everything i needed. From fretbars, though to lintals and grates. They even found a new cast back so everything matched.

The glass on my Firemaster 5 stove broke and Cast Tec were able to supply the glass, ropes and mastic together with in depth information about how to carry out the repair. The package came before predicted all the way to Inverness and it was beautifully and effectively packed. Thank you so much I thoroughly recommend this service
