I highly recommend Jasmin for physiotherapy. I came to her with a disc bulge in my spine and neck. She used different treatment methods - including needles, massage, stretching, and exercises - to help me recover.
During tough times when I felt I wasn't improving, Jasmin was very supportive and encouraging. After two months of treatment, I'm now feeling almost completely back to normal - I'd say about 95% recovered. This amazing progress is largely thanks to Jasmin.

My review reflects this organisation taking over the previous Warr Clinic. The takeover resulted in incorrect incremental invoices for treatments that did not happen, price increases, the need to resupply my details, and being hassled with inappropriate payment messages. I provided feedback on the above directly to the clinic, suggesting the culture had changed towards a more revenue driven approach. The response I received from the MD (no less) acknowledged and apologised for invoicing issues due to ‘teething’ problems, but also took swipe at my perception of the cultural change. Apparently I have the wrong end of the stick, (so that’ll be my fault), and (as I said the experience had made me consider changing practices) he can personally cancel my future appointment. Gee, thanks for the personal care and attention!
I know it is sometimes irksome to have reviews that aren’t always related to the primary service of a company – and in this case I did have excellent treatment from the physiotherapist themselves. However I think it is important that the wider aspects of the business are considered too, when choosing a practice. I would not choose this group, as I want my custom to go to better owners.
Amended to add: The Owner has responded to this post with a rebuff and misquoted me and quoted me without context. In my original email to them I said 'squeeze money from this business model' the owner has quoted me as saying 'money grabbing' which is not true. The 'horrible culture' phrase requires full context which was 'if my personal experience is anything to go by, you are probably experiencing a horrible culture'.
My personal experience continues to diminish.

I recently underwent rehabilitation for a rotator cuff injury and had the pleasure of being treated by Pin Khor. From the very first session, Pin demonstrated exceptional expertise and dedication. I went to see your physio Sophie Slope. She is the most clueless physiotherapist I have ever seen in my life. I had an ankle injury saw this physio she hardly touched the ankle made me do some pathetic movements that actually made the ankle pain worse than it was before. She had no idea what she was doing. It’s embarrassing for your co-owner and England rugby captain Jamie George to employ someone like this. Mr George needs actually be aware of how his physios are treating clients. Also it’s also dangerous on how hot your consultant rooms are. Avoid this place

From my first contact with the practice (which had been recommended to me by several PTs at the gym) I was impressed with the service. I was seen by Sophie for what presented as rotary cuff, she was kind and patient and understanding of my lifestyle and issues. It then became frozen shoulder and I saw another member of staff who did an ultrasound and injections he was clear at explaining the issue and process of injections which is what I needed. I've now been discharged.
I found all members of staff helpful, suitable appointments were easy to make and change if necessary and it was all honest and transparent through the whole process. Thank You!

Absolutely AMAZING practice with outstanding practitioners. Julie has been fantastic with her physio sports massage taking away aches and pains and giving support to continue to stay strong and healthy. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful! Karen is very welcoming and efficient on the desk. Practice has had a refurb and is kept clean and tidy, it has also made me feel safe during this pandemic. Would highly recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else. I have been at the practice now for over three years now!
