The team have helped us to work in non ideal settings because they have experts who can bring knowledge from dispirit fields.
The reason I am typing this is because they have gone above and beyond whilst being exceptionally easy to work with.

CARA Technology started to provide our IT support late last year, we were supported through the onboarding process and any issues were resolved in a timely manner with good communication.
I recently had an issue with our sharepoint site, and liaised with Harrison in the support team, who within 10 minutes had resolved my issue and given me some advice on what to do, which worked perfectly.
It is good to know support is available that is responsive and able to assist when required.

I was working remotely at home yesterday and had problems using dual screens, and with the sound on my laptop. Our IT department referred me to Cara, and Dan Braddock was able to remotely sort both issues quickly and very capably whilst I was on the phone. Highly recommended.

Cara Technology are very efficient and supportive. I had a problem with my frozen computer and mouse not working. I contacted them by phone and was answered immediately. I was asked to tell them what was wrong and what I had done to solve the issue. They remotely logged into my laptop talking me through what they were doing.
Harrison was very polite and informative. He worked efficiently and quickly ascertained that is was the mouse that was not working properly. Within 10 minutes my computer and mouse were working again. Thank you for your quick response and efficient results to fix it.

I cant fault the Cara team at all and they were excellent in holding our hands through this process.
