Worst and cheating service.
I bought car from car point 6 month before. Citroen C4 catch, 2009 model 53000 milage, price 2600. But car worth only 900 i don't know how to check car value after 2days my friend showed me. And next day i asked him. But he said I definitely help you i gave very good car like that your like my own brother he said. But now he didn't respond me. Very clever how to cheat customer. Very bad customer service. And also I told him I ready to pay extra amount I need best car. But he didn't respond the way he wants to sell his car to anyone otherwise he is not doing business or customer service. He needs only amount. So he ready to cheat anyone. My curse he will definitely face same issue in his life. What a cheap character. Oh god. I don't know how to people doing like this. Cheapest birth.

Also known as scammy ā€œISD motorsā€, they sold me a car with Ā£1k worth of MOT FAILURES (CN13 VXB)ā€¦ EVEN THOUGH it was sold as passed with freshly mot/serviced car with no advisories. They did not offer to repair under warranty as only covered for ā€œgearbox and engineā€ even though A. they should have paid as itā€™s illegal to sell a car in a state like this without disclosure and B. The contract did say dealer was at fault for mechanical faultsā€¦ but alas they wouldnā€™t repair unless done by them.

Iā€™ve sent back the car and currently waiting for a refund AND HILARIOUSLY while waiting for the refund the car is already back up for saleā€¦

Obviously not fixed they are just palming it onto a new person and hoping they wonā€™t notice issues within warranty period: we only noticed as we had battery issues + engine warning light came on and so went for a diagnostic health check

Receipts from garage to show SOME of the repairs needed and not even all of it šŸ˜…šŸ„²

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE !!!! SAVE YOURSELF and save a minimum of Ā£250 for ā€œADMIN FEESā€ even after all that they charged me for RETURNING THE CAR..

I got a Peugeot 208 (2013) and there are no problems with the car. I've had it for about a month now. The team of staff are very friendly and offered us drinks and let us stay in their office to complete tax and insurance on the car. Everything was super simple and the staff are great.

Viewing is by arrangement only. I learnt that this is because they get the car you want to view ā€œreadyā€ for you to view it. What this really means is that they put the vehicle on trickle charge because it has been sitting there for so long. I know this because when I was there I wanted to view a couple of other vehicles too and they had to charge them up for me to be able to view them. Also when I walked into the lot, not a single person came to me and it was almost an inconvenience for them me being there. Do not recommend this garage.

Very disappointed to be witing this, I never leave bad reviews unless absolutely necessary.

We bought a car from this dealer less than three weeks ago, and within two weeks it had broken down. The RAC couldn't fix the issue and said it may be the gearbox, TCM, electrical problems - there were so many error codes its hard to tell, but to send to a mechanic who specialises in automatics and transmission. We called Car Point and were told that they can't help us, but to raise a claim with our warranty, which we did. The warranty needed a diagnostic, so we had it sent to a local automatic transmission specialist with excellent reviews. The mechanic looked at the car and said there are numerous issues and it's not fit for purpose; fixing the car would be a never ending process of trying different things with no guarantee that it would make it fit for purpose. We are within the 30 days and therefore legally protected and entitled a refund. I called Car Point to let them know and ask them the process, and was met with a very hostile and condescending conversation. Ultimately, things happen, but the way a merchant deals with the situation is so important. I immediately lost all faith and trust in this company after this conversation. I was told that another mechanic couldn't be trusted, and the car needed to go to their own mechanic. This was a shock, because we would have immediately sent the car to them if we were given that option, but we were told matter of factly that this was not the case. Why would we have paid out of our pockets to tow the car to another mechanic if there was the option to send it to Car Point? I was told that their own mechanic would look at the car and fix it. If I was told this in the first instance, and felt like I had been spoken to politely, I would have trusted it. But given that we were told they can't help, and now suddenly we've had an expert look at the car whose said it's not fit for purpose, they want their own mechanic to look at it and fix the car? My gut feeling tells me they want to tell us their mechanic has looked at it, and it's 'fixed', to avoid having to give a refund and take us over the 30 days so we lose our legal protection. I'm not sure why I should trust the mechanic of a company who has sold me a faulty car, and who based on the other reviews have sold MULTIPLE faulty cars, over a highly rated mechanic who specialises in automatic cars. I wouldn't be leaving this review if I felt that this situation had been dealt with courteously, but the way I was just interrupted and patronised over the phone was shocking, and I have been left feeling like I am being manipulated and tricked in to not getting the refund I deserve. I will happily remove this review if the outcome of the situation ends up in us getting the refund we are legally entitled to. Fingers crossed.

Bunch of cowboys! Quick enough to take your money but as soon as thereā€™s a fault with your vehicle ( I guarantee there will be if youā€™ve bought it from these guys ) they donā€™t want to know. Customer service is shocking. Bought a vehicle off of them two weeks ago, and now the door is permanently locked and the window doesnā€™t go up or down. I called and spoke to one of the salesmen and was told it was my problem and there is nothing they can do. Wouldnā€™t trust them as far as I can throw them!
