Brilliant services toilets nice and clean see photos. Has a kfc, macdonalds, marks and spensers, wh smiths waitrose very busy due to a football game when we went but would be nice when not busy. Toilets there disabled access open 24 hours lots of car parking space and coaches one of the best I've been too keep up the good work

We travel a lot from the North East to Clacton. This is ideal for a stop, which means we are almost there. It is relatively new. McDonald's and KFC. Plus, a Chopstix as you go through the doors, which smells amazing. Ample parking with big parking bays, flenty of EV feeds masses of outside seating with well-kept garden features. There is an upstairs which is totally overlooked for seats which gives great view.

Super good breakfast, everything was delicious. Just what I needed after a long trip. The service, the cleanliness, the quality of the food is perfect. The prices were good value for money. I can only recommend.

I would like to thank the team keeping the food area clean and tidy today.
I have a Hearing Assistance Dog and it’s usually a challenge for him to remember not to scavenge for dropped food in these places. The whole area was spotless and all done with a smile. What a great team you have. Sunday 12.15 6th Oct

We stopped here on our way to Norwich, and the service station was very busy. Despite that, it was easy to park, and once inside, there was a good variety of food and drink outlets. The toilets were clean and looked regularly serviced.

Stopped for coffee and a bacon bap. On a coaching trip th Normandy to see the landing beaches of D day the 6th of June that occurred in 1944. Brilliant trip so far.

It's an impressive food court that offers a delightful selection of food and coffee shops .
They've got a multi-faith room right next to the toilet.
The entire place is impeccably clean and tidy, creating a pleasant environment for patrons to enjoy their meals. I had a wonderful dining experience at Extra and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quick stop to get a meal.
