Built Environment Technology Ltd (BETL) are exceptional. They are professional, attentive and very knowledgeable. I had a problem with boost buttons on a ventilation system and was having real problems finding a company to solve the issue. BETL promptly responded to my query, suggested a number of options and advised on the costs and then expertly fixed the problem in a timely and tidy manner.
The engineer who attended was excellent and very hardworking. He tested his work to make sure everything was in order and cleaned up the area perfectly before leaving. Moreover, dealings with the office were first class. I dealt with Megan and Amber. They were both attentive and very courteous dealing with my enquiries. They returned my emails promptly and fully answered all my queries. I never had any concerns about dealing with this company and I would wholeheartedly recommend them.
