Had a lovely bathroom fitted by Broadstairs Gas! The team were very efficient, reliable and friendly. I was so pleased with their work, I had them investigate our heating system as well which they were happy to help with and fixed. I have used Broadstairs Gas Services for over 10 years now for both servicing and full system replacements. I am stunned to see bad reviews here so am compelled to take the time to leave a far more accurate review.

Courteous, polite and the most professional boiler engineers I have dealt with.

Mick Terry has always been absolutely fantastic and Chris, always punctual and responsive.

I have had new boilers installed in my last two properties as well as referring them to family members, who have never been disappointed.

Cannot recommend this company enough.

I am very surprised at some of the negative reviews regarding Mick, he is an honest hard working guy who will give you a straight honest answer regarding your boiler. He is very busy but that shows how popular he is.

As for me since this is the fourth time I have had Mick to sort out a boiler and this time it was for my father.

We were very pleased with the excellent service he provides and I know from reading many positive reviews has a wide client base who have had him back time and time again, which I think says it all.

I would without hesitation recommend Mick Terry and I am doing this review because he deserves credit for an Excellent 5* service that he provides.
