My Mum is very well cared for in this home-from-home environment. Despite suffering from Alzheimer's she is treated with loving care by all the hard working staff and 90% of the time she is happy and smiling. You can drop in at any time of the day and are always offered a cup of tea and made welcome. I have spoken to other residents and the general consensus is 'they're so good to us!' My husband's 91 year old Great Aunt spent her last couple of years comfortably at Broadlands and I highly recommend it to family and carers who seek a family atmosphere for their preciouso loved ones.

As manager of this site I am bound to give it five stars but not for anything I do but for the lovely people who live here, their lovely famillies and the team of staff who are the most hardworking lovelies I have ever managed. A home from home family run house which we fill with smiles and laughter without a thought for difference. Everyone here is cherished for who they are and where they are on their journey and we try and add love to every day. Pop by anytime for a visit or drop us a call or line and look out for our open house seasonally. We do great cakes and hot drinks with the occasional humongous barbecue. You don't need a reason to come along either we just like parties

I visited a family member at this care home today and was so impressed by the lovely staff and how happy the residents seem to be. Couldn't help but notice the lovely home cooked food too. It was a pleasure to see such a comfortable environment for loved ones.
