Appalling service. Lack of knowledge and care with customers ( I say this as I know a few have left this company) would rather you leave everything in their hands to decide when to submit forms (late I might add) leaving us in a bad situation. Now found another accountant and now refusing to refund monies owed i.e charging for end of yar accounts submission when not instructed to.

Have to say Nicola was friendly and accommodating at times but overall services is not good enough especially with Tracy
