Tucked out of the way. Often has cheaper prices than the Esso/Tesco Extra in Storrington.

Very shocked by the bad attitude of the people that Nisa employs. My daughter went into the store in the morning and as she tried to pay, a rude girl dismissed her and just said "it's self checkout" while standing right infront of the self checkout and continued scrolling on her phone!! This is NOT acceptable and definitely not what the community should have to put up with.

Every visit to your store, without exception, I am impressed by how friendly, polite & efficient your staff are. Customer service is generally sadly lacking in most stores, but not yours. Your fuel prices are always competitive too, and for that & your lovely staff, I will continue to visit.

I only use very occasionally, I'm not a car owner. I like the fact they have co-op products, due to their ethical policies. But, I do find them expensive compared even to Waitrose! Staff are pleasant and have been helpful.

£3.45 for a packet of gluten free Hobnobs?
I expect a bit of a markup but that is seriously taking the Michael!
Having to buy more expensive food items when you have Coeliac Disease is bad enough without being blatantly ripped off!

Bit expensive but staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. Especially after the refit looks and feels amazing! The opening days after refit were awesome - loads of free stuff given away. Definitely a local business worth supporting and be a place to go for daily topups while waitrose is closed.
