My husband has used this garage for around 20 years which says it all really. Today they went massively above and beyond. My husband was unexpectedly admitted to hospital yesterday after going for his radiotherapy in a courtesy car. B&M Care returned my husband's car to him at the hospital after it had been repaired and took the courtesy car back. This was such a big help and is really appreciated. Fantastic customer care.

I recently put my BMW X5 in for service and Alex on the front desk was super helpful. He efficiently got through a rush of customers first thing and car was booked and in. 1st class service although it would be even better if the coffee machine was operational ;-). Thank you!

I took my bmw for coolant check as it had a leak
After examining the car I was told needs a new water pump.They said that they have to order it and it will be delivered in two weeks
After two weeks I didn’t get a call so I rang back that it is arriving from Germany and it will be another week!
So meantime I checked with jct bmw on sticker lane and they said they have it in stock and the cost would be £230
Anyway finally the water pump delivered to B&M Autocare and was told to bring the car in for repair
The pump got done and I got called to say whilst they were changing the pump one of the pipes got damaged by the engineers and that it was there fault and will order another part to replace it
I ask that has the coolant leak been sorted and everything is good
I was told that everything is good to go
Two weeks later the coolant issue was back and leaking again
I took it back for it to be checked and was told the elbow arm now needs replacing and it will cost a further £260 for parts and labour
I told the guy that it’s same issue with coolant and I am not paying any costs that it has to be repaired by them as the matter should have been resolve the second time
Anyway after a big argument they manage to repair it without costs and I was told not to ever bring my car in to them again!
Now 5 months later the issue is back again and the coolant is leaking again
I rang back again yesterday and was told to bring the car in to be seen
I took my car to a local garage and to check that one of the pipes which they should have repaired the second time has been bojed up and the pipe was never replaced! I thought to my self I’m not taking the car to B&M repairs again!
This garage staff firstly are very negative and I would not to take your cars here as they repair one thing and damage the other so you would go back to them for more work
They are not cheap and not trustworthy and if you want your car to be safe then take it to local garages as these people at B&M are cone men and will rob you time after time
Keep way from this garage that’s my advice
There two people who posted the similar issue so it’s not just me trying to take my anger out on these muppets running this garage

B&M was recommended to me by another car garage to have the wheel alignment done on my Mercedes c220d, as not every garage has the necessary equipment to get it right on such vehicles. The steering wheel was off centre and the tracking was out, which was affecting the drive. What can i say, these guys did a fantastic job, they identified the tyres had been installed incorrectly so they corrected this before carrying out the 4 wheel alignment procedure. The car now drives like a dream (steering wheel in the correct position and it drives as straight as an arrow). Thank you Rick for looking after me, great service all around. Also, I believe they had the car washed and vacuumed, which is a great touch. Thank you.

I had my BMW 320d in for a coolant leak. The guys did a good job in finding the leak and fixing the problem. But only to find out the coolant indicator had been snapped off, and was missing from my expansion tank. Prior to bringing my car in, my car was leaking coolant and required me top it up on a daily basis, so I know it was there the morning I dropped my car off. After raising the complaint, the mechanics denied any wrongdoing and advised “it was already broken”. After escalating the issue to a manager, he too spoke with bad attitude and very poor customer service, again backing his mechanics and advised it was already broken, though agreeing to replace the expansion tank next working day.
Even the so called car wash was a half job, as it appeared they just jet washed the car with no use of any car shampoo, as I could see the dirt on the car. I expected a lot more from B&M Care Ltd. The matter should have been investigated as mechanics can then cause further damage to other customer’s cars. I know I won’t be going back after showing negligence and poor workmanship, makes me doubt if anything else was broken which I can’t see. I was charged full rates for a not so professional job. BEWARE.
