Bluebird Care are a great company to work for. They are family owned, and are really friendly and approachable ro their staff. I have worked for them for over a year now and have always been supported with any training needs or any rota issues. Nothing is ever too much trouble. There is always someone on the end of the phone when needed, whether we are on duty and need advice or any other queries we may have. We are kept well informed on our customers changing needs, and always feel appreciated.

I can highly recommend Bluebird care Company . They support my 91 year old cousin with dementia and they are all so caring and show empathy towards him . We live a long way away and it is a great comfort that they can adjust their timetables sometimes at short notice to attend hospital visits or extra needs as they arise . They are so lovely and go above and beyond the care , do his shopping and have such a positive impact on helping him to remain in his own home . Highly recommend and communication is amazing through an app which is a great comfort to us .

Bluebird care is a fantastic place to work, very family orientated and they care about their staff when they are having personal/medical issues or need time off they are always accommodating. They always have the customers and carers at their best interest and are not one of those companies who just care about profits, they care about the people they work with. I have grown and flourished within this family-run company, who have always been supportive, flexible, and most importantly, appreciative of the work I do. We’ve had the pleasure of working with Blue Bird Care over the years and have built up a strong working relationship with them. As a health care products supplier and equipment servicing provider, we regularly visit Peter and his team to ensure their care equipment is maintained in top condition and legally compliant. Our Field Service Engineer says that this is one of the best homecare services branches he’s ever come across, adding the training equipment for the staff along with the facilities are second to none. Bluebird Care took over the care of my Father in Law in August 20. He needed 2 Carers, 3 times a day and Bluebird were able and willing to offer this support for him. He sadly passed away in Aug 21. 😔. The care, support, professionalism and attention he received in his last year was absolutely superb. We cannot thank everyone at Bluebird enough for what they did for him. With dignity, humour and love. We won't forget you.
