A client of two decades, I feel a fool having been so loyal for so long. The signs were there but I ignored them. My gut told me to change years ago but the prospect of changing accountants was scary so I stayed. Until I was put on Quickbooks and their so called expert really messed up my annual book-keeping. I had to redo the work myself and then they had the audacity to invoice me for it. Then they offered to cancel the invoice only to backtrack when they found out I was moving to a new accountancy firm.
The Director, Peter, who I had on such a high pedestal finally showed his true colours. Emailing me incorrect figures and accusations without first doing his homework. He looked a fool when I pointed out his errors. I'm so glad I finally got the courage to leave and find myself a decent accountancy firm to represent me. I should have done it a long time ago.

I'm not one for leaving bad reviews but feel it would be unethical not to warn others.

I found this company, and the Director Peter, to be unresponsive and unprofessional. Terrible customer service, I'm only reviewing one star as it won't let me award zero. I'm really not someone who leaves bad reviews, but avoid this company.
