Booked my vw Touareg in for MOT at this place and will never use the garage ever again. They crashed my car off the mot ramp into a wall. Car was stuck there for over 2 hours. Immaculate car now damaged and god knows what damage under neath has occurred! Human error caused the accident and no trust here. Please do not use this garage if you value your motor.
No customer service and no duty of care for you. Was left with no car until my insurance had to deal with it. This garage is a disgrace. Never complained in my life but will warn people about this place. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE!
UPDATE: after vw inspection car is a RIGHT OFF from a mot test! I have had no car for a 5 days plus all this hassle and stress. Hope my review helps others.

We have always found Blackbrook to be one of the best places to go for our cars. They speak to you on your level, are trustworthy, reliable and provide excellent service. The staff are friendly and never let you pay more than you need to. I cannot fault them, and am truly gutted we couldn't bring them with us when we moved away! On countless occasions they went the extra mile for us, and accommodated us even when it was clear they were super busy. I'd recommend Rich and his team to anyone.

Needed MOT urgently. They identified a few costly repairs to which I agreed. On the receipt they wrote ' MOT repairs'. I asked for itemized receipt but they refused. That tells me all. They will rip you off.
