They shouldn’t have the contract to be a drop off for UPS as they never seem to be open. I went to drop off a package on a Tuesday, sign on the door said open mon, Weds and Friday- returned the following day (weds) and it was still closed. Stop offering this service if you’re only open when you feel like it

Very disappointing experience, I hoped to support a local shop carrying out a very simple SSD upgrade and was charged 4x the consumer rate for a Kingston SSD (A400 240GB) paying £99, this drive resells typically at £25. This was ontop of a labour charge (which was actually fairly reasonable) Unfortunately my partner had to pick up the laptop otherwise I would have left it with them! Very dishonest.

Avoid this establishment at all costs. I've been twice ( a year apart) with an Apple laptop first then Lenovo and was told the same thing that they weren't worth fixing, better to buy a new one. I had both repaired with a young guy in Worthing .Would have went straight back to James with the Lenovo but I did not have the time to go to Worthing so I gave this guy a second chance also thinking perhaps Apple wasn't his speciaility. He charged me £75 just to look at the Lenovo and said a new keyboard (which is where the fault lay) was not possible as they weren't available. James (in Worthing) did the lot, parts and labour for £85 . Bits and Pc's are a fraud, no professionalism there what so ever.

Took in a slow computer for a check out, advised of minimum price £65 + vat. Without prior request they went to extra hours work, downloading windows updates ! And charged £150 for a computer with value of £ 75 max. Not impressed.

Very disappointed with service offered, after the update of Windows, because of a black screen scenario , I returned after a trip to Europe with all my photos gone and media music none existent. Only to be told it must have happened after update. I don't think so, and having paid £150 for half an hour update, I was told it would have to be looked at again with extra cost. Where's the customer service!!

Bits and pcs carried out a major repair for me on a Sony pc which is still working daily two years later. I have also bought back up drives and other smaller items. They have always been competitively priced and the service has been very good. Lucky to have them in Storrington.

Ripped off chose 2nd handlaptop to be loaded with my old laptop. On collection the actual laptop I chose wasn't the one ready for collection. on switching on lots of stuff comes up and you have to keep pressing the shift key. My son looked at it and said it was antiquated and £400 paid was as rip off. Wouldn't go there again EVER.

I paid £150 more on a 'special deal' laptop which then developed a USB port problem which the manufacturer blamed me for and wanted £328 to repair!
If this is what it cost to keep the high street in business its no wonder high street shopping is becoming a thing of the past!!!
