I woupd highly reccomend not using this company. Through personal experience we found them unprofessional, disrespectful and highly passive agressive to myself. There was a huge mistake where they sent the wrong deposit to us and then demanded monies back. We were very cooperative however this didnt stop it, from harrasing myself and causing significant stress towards myself and my partner. We were threatened with CCJS continously depsite not making any mistake on our front. We felt as if we were discriminated due to our young age and felt astonsished that someone could be so rude and threatening.

We were sold a house via Birkmyre rather than actually using the company but from the POC of being on the receiving end, Dominic and Luci were great. They were very helpful and polite and even with the frustration of delays and COVID, they have remained brilliant. Thank you.
