I can't give high enough praise to Charlie, Angus and Ashley at Billy's. They got me out of a right hola with a problem I had with my CB500 Four. I had it recovered there after arranging with Charlie the previous day by phone and they started work on it straightaway, which considering I'm new to the area and a brand new customer was an exceptional gesture. Don't go anywhere else to get your bike sorted. Professional, friendly and thoroughly decent blokes.

Simply brilliant, from the first phone call through to the bike delivery today. I am delighted with the bike, having owned a similar one 24 years ago. They say never go back, but I think one is better than my last one and its now 30 years old! Thanks fellas.

Called late last week with a long list of requirements. Mot. Service. Disc. Pads. Tyres front and rear. Booked me in for Monday. Great customer service. Friendly staff. Nice choice of used bikes.

Hi all another example of the first class service from Billys Motorcycles in Pulborough, having broken down with no power the bike completely died on me.
I phoned Billy’s motorcycle up and within and hour they came out and picked my Honda 2002 GL1800 Goldwing up and took it back to the workshop.
After an inspection on many things they discovered the alternator had died and I needed a new one ? They eventually sourced a brand new alternator for me at a very good price and proceeded to take the bike apart to remove the old one and re-fit the new one.
With their Honda expertise this was all done in three hours, they phoned me up to say it was all done and ready to pick up.
Having not known what the problem was which was late Friday afternoon when they picked the bike up ? then to diagnose the fault get the new part in, strip the bike down and re fit the alternator and put the bike back together was amazing and I collected the bike on Wednesday afternoon.
All I can say is I would have no hesitation in recommending Billys Motorcycles and of course I will be back in the near future if anything else goes wrong or I need the bike to be serviced.

I could not praise these guys more. I punctured rac we’re quoting eta 5 to 9 hours to recover me.
I phone Billy’s as nearest bike shop. What absolute legends Charlie came out straight away picked up bike and me. They repaired while I waited and charge wasn’t even close what could have been. A very very big thanks to Charlie and you guys I will recommend to all I felt humbled by their kindness.
