Matt Jones was brilliant in sorting my son’s HP laptop computer out! Collected it on a Friday evening and rang me Monday to say all done! Delivered by UPS Tuesday morning! Great service and kept informed all the way! Would highly recommend! Thank you BigICT ..will use again without hesitation!

I provide on-line commercial services to a few South African businesses and need a fully functional Laptop to provide services at short notice, whether from home or whilst away on a business trip. Any hardware and or software issues need to be rectified at short notice. Early last week I experienced issues with battery charging and problems in accessing the system. Being a recent arrival from South Africa, I searched Google for an IT Repairer and found "Computer Repairman UK" who in no time connected me with Matt Jones of "BIG ICT". Matt contacted me within hours and arranged to visit me at home to investigate and identify the problem. Having done so Matt had to order the part from his supplier. Whilst this took a few days, I could continue to work as Matt had lend me a brand new charger. Upon arrival of the part Matt visited within hours and replaced the part. During his visit he also fixed an issue with my cordless Blue Tooth mouse. There was no call-out fee and the repair charges were reasonable. I can with the utmost confidence recommend the services of "Computer Repairman UK" and in particular its associate Matt Jones of "BIG ICT".
