Office staff VERY helpful, friendly and do what they say they will and when!
Engineers (Conor and Warren) in 2 different places very knowledgeable, explain what they are doing, don't add unnecessary work and leave the premises exactly as they found them. They are also friendly, professional and polite.
BHE is an excellent, trustworthy company.

Connor and Stuart from BHE turned up promptly and completed the job of re-routing some central heating pipework professionally, quickly and efficiently, and cleared up afterwards. They even fixed a set of window blinds that were broken as they needed some extra light in the corner of a room.

It's the first time we have used BHE Services Ltd for the Annual Service of our Lodge Central Heating Boiler. Engineer Connor arrived on time, was very thorough, clean and tidy and was most professional in all he did. With excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly manner, he kept us informed at each stage of the service and recommended a new part to improve the boiler's performance. Top class!

I was so pleased with the speed and efficiency that the leak from my shower pump was dealt with. Wrongly diagnosed by two other companies that had viewed the job as a leaking hot water tank which would have cost hundreds more and not solved the problem. I cannot praise this company highly enough and will recommend to anyone I speak to. The staff are so friendly and professional

This was the second time using RJ Martindale for a boiler replacement due to moving homes. Both times the service was excellent. From quotation to completion I have no complaints. The service was quick, clean and effective. The guys carrying out the job were friendly, made sure I knew exactly what they were doing and left everything cleaner than it was before!

The whole service was excellent, from speaking with Joanne to book the work in, to the guys who removed and fitted new radiators.
They worked efficiently and productively all day, clearing up afterwards (so much that you wouldn’t have known they’d been there) Costs for the work undertaken was certainly value for money. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Martindales. Thank you to the whole team!
