couldn't fault this place at all. areas are clean, staff are friendly and knowledgeable and always available to lend a hand. great choice of popular games and can always phone/email ahead to have a specific game installed so it doesn't eat away at your booked time. and £15 for a month is insane value. excellent way to be socially antisocial.

Staff were amazing and super helpful throughout the whole of our son's 9th Birthday party for 6. Our party hostess was very friendly, thoughtful and helpful and kept answering all the kids' questions in no time, while constantly checking with us if there was anything else that we needed help with. All the kids got slushies - even our daughter, who was not part of the gaming party, as the staff did non want to make her feel excluded.
We highly recommend and will definitely go again - 5 stars is not enough!

14th birthday party for 8, they had a great time. Good value for money and was good to see them all enjoying themselves. We even had a go on the PS5's sitting on the sofas. A slushy each came with the party and go some vouchers to return too. Game staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Think we'll definitely come back.

1000% recommend for parties!!
We had our 8 year olds birthday and can honestly say it was such an effortless party enjoyed by all the guest. We were stuck in traffic on arrival so we arrived (as well as some of our guests) late but was assured we could still play for the 2 hours booked, which we very appreciative of.
The gaming arena was very clean and ready for our arrival.
All of the staff were very accommodating and quick with settling us in and getting the kids playing their favourite games in no time.
We were allowed to bring our own snacks and bottled drinks as well as hot food (McDonald’s) for the kids. We were also given free slushies and vouchers for a free gaming session for each guest.
The kids had an incredible time and I can’t thank the staff enough for their patience helping the kids out and for making my sons birthday one of his best.

We will be returning for gaming fun soon!

Loved it here. We got a free hour for buying some pokemon cards so thought we'd use it. I thought I'd have to watch but was allowed to play with my son. The staff were really pleasant and professional. Really cool expirence for the little ones or anyone who likes gaming. We chose between fifa, fornite and rocket league. Struggled to get the sound sorted so we could speak to each other in game but the staffed were determined to figure it out and even let us play a little longer for waiting. Had a choice of Xbox X, PC or PS5 which was great. Will definitely go back.

Great place for keeping the kids busy anytime of year. One of the cheapest activities for game obsessed teenagers for sure. The month pass for £15 is a bargain. Staff are super helpful. Defo need to remember to give them your car details if staying more then 2 hours to avoid getting a ticket as the car park has a 2 hour limit. I sat nearby while my boys played as my youngest can't be left unsupervised.

Had my sons 11th birthday party here last Saturday. The staff are absolutely amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for them at all. Completely professional, friendly and approachable. The staff here do the business so very proud. I have spoke with quite a few friends regarding this venue, and cannot recommend enough. The concept is great, the facilities are great, but the staff seriously make it what it is.
The children I brought along were all so very impressed, and already asking when we can return!!
