We moved from a different telecoms company recently, Connor helped us with every step along the way. Came to see us, got an engineer in to survey and we were up and running within 2 weeks. In the process of signing our other branch over & would recommend these.

I have contacted the customer service to report few issues we have with our phone system , a phone cables damaged few phones are not working at all. I was promised to get the confirmation email and I asked for the service sheet to see what services we suppose to get. Promised and nothing happened. I would have to chase them up. Not very professional .

We recently migrated from the old Toshiba system to a Gama / Polycom Cloud system, managed Service. Talk Tech who implemented and took care of the full migration project and the implementation, performed an excellent job. with almost zero teething problems. We have had a very good relation ship with Talking Tech for more than 10 years and all this time we have received a prompt and efficient level of service that has been more than satisfactory. i would highly recommend Talking technology a a supplier that works with you.

Repeated emails from Connor Dawson to my mother's email address addressing her, even though I have replied to ask to A) be unsubscribed and B) to inform that my mother has passed away.

This firm clearly has no policy on how they handle data within the confines of the law as they ignore repeated requests to be removed from their mailing list

Rip off service. Avoid at all cost. Unprofessional. They charge for every help you asked for after signing contract. Response is non existence. Dying to get out from the contract. I never write review but this company makes me do coz I can share my experience and warn future customers so that they dont need to go through like I do.
