Brilliant team at Automotive Intelligence, we've purchased a few cars through them over the last few years and they've been brilliant. We were looking for a Tesla and spoke to the team and within a few days we had different cars at different prices to choose from. Car was delivered to our door in great condition, handover was easy. Great guys and service!

Stay away from this place. I am writing this review after 7 months of purchasing the car from John.
Lets just say they over promise & under deliver...
I purchased a 2011 Q5 back in Nov 2023. After calling John to arrange a viewing. On arrival they could not find the keys waiting an hour.... decided we would come back later once the keys were found. When I returned took viewed the car and agreed on a price.

Part of the deal was John would get the MOT done and body work repaired. What was suppose to take 2 weeks took nearly 3 months issues below.

V5 never arrived until Dec
Left my private plates to be assigned - they lost it
Faults on the car which were agreed to be repaired were either not done or poorly repaired as after few weeks paint work started to peel where it was agreed to be repaired.
MOT failed - They retested & somehow passed it even though one of the items which was a failure originally got passed.
Car has been back to John 4 times now.
John reimbursed me for the private plate replacement, & also paid for the car to be washed due to when in repairs the car was filthy.

I am still waiting for a amount which John agreed to pay back in Apr this year. They have gone quite & not answering calls, emails.
I think they are trading under a different name possibly.
I would stay away from these guys, I have been patient for months. This will be reported to trading standards too.

STAY AWAY!!! John Voss and Harmandeep Gill (Deep) are absolute crooks. They sold me a car with outstanding work that was promised and agreed in the sale to be fixed in writing and they have left me high and dry. I have been left with over £2000 in repairs that they agreed to fix as well as arranging for them to be fixed but didn’t pay the bill. So for me to get my car back out of the mechanics I had to pay. They are absolute crooks, they ignore calls, promise things and don’t deliver. They need to be shut down for good but they somehow manage to open new companies under different trading names using family members as the owners/directors. We have collected a lot of evidence against them and been in touch with many upset customers and we have started proceedings against them.

Jon and his team were great from start to finish. I had looked around for a suitable car for a while but I find a lot of sellers untrustworthy, but as soon as I spoke to him he put me at ease straight the way. The car itself is in impeccable condition, it’s now been 6 months and I haven’t had any issues whatsoever. Jon was extremely helpful when it came to me coming down and looking at the car and taking it for a test drive, he’s extremely knowledgeable about all his vehicles. Honestly could not recommend his services enough

Amazing - First class customer service .
From my initial contact through to purchasing the car my experience has been first class. I travelled 2 ½ hours to view the car. John was my contact . I believe the condition of the car was better than the description on the web site. No pressure from John , have a good look at the car , take it for a test drive with not time limit specified. All steps of the purchase and warranty were fully explained . I paid a holding deposit and arranged full purchase for later in the week. So another 2 ½ drive to pick up the car. John made contact and said he would drive to car to meet me , he travelled 1 ½ hours in my direction at no extra cost for the hand over. John , based on my experience I'd have no hesitation in recommending Automotive Intelligence . The car is fantastic. Thank you . SC.

Both John and Deep listened and made sure that the car I bought from them was in good condition and ensured that any issues with the vehicle I had they made sure everything and more was perfect.
