Really impressed with the Leominster ATS team. Booked online as they had a 10:30 Friday slot available. On arrival I was greeted by a technician who knew exactly what I was booked in for and advised me that my Alfa would be ready in approximately 60 to 90 minutes. After a 75 minute stroll around Leominster I returned to find my car parked up ready for collection, four new tyres and four wheel alignment completed. Picked up the keys from the office/waiting area and drove away with no more to pay as I’d already pre paid online. When I checked my emails later that day there was an invoice copy and reassuring vehicle check report confirming components checked and works completed. I’ll definitely use Leominster ATS again.

I would look elsewhere. the actual service provided by the tire fitter was good but different size tyres to the order were fitted without asking. The admin was very poor when getting a refund for an MOT and tyres booked online. The helpline at the main HQ site was useless when it was getting close to knocking off time. I rang with 20 mins to go and was fobbed off until 5.30 p.m and then had to wait until the were back the following day. The refund has now been sorted but its taken 10 working days and then i have to wait a further 5 days as i used PayPal.

Excellent Customer Service. Both members of staff I spoke with on the telephone and at the garage, were polite, helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to advise me about a choice of tyres, providing the information I wanted to know. They were quick and efficient and did a good job. Highly recommended.
