My question was relatively straightforward, but I was appreciative of being able to talk it through with a suitably knowledgeable person, and to explore the topic in more detail.

Joel followed up our discussion by mailing me through a worked example calculation pertaining to my query, and further information. I feel a lot better informed, and was pleased to be able to have my question addressed so promptly within an initial consultation.
