We are at two years since we signed a contract for A2's Acumen product. We gave them a very detailed RFP, done by professional consultants in the data field. We still don't have the setup complete, and it appears to be months away. We've been told there were complex things we are doing that their system couldn't handle--except those were in the RFP, and they should not have bid if they couldn't handle them. A2 has never reached out to us to tell us they were not going to meet schedule expectations. We've had to go to them, and raise to their President. While we've never heard from her about the repeated delays, our account manager was prodded to communicate with us and give us new timelines--which were missed with no explanation or communication until we complained again. We've sunk a lot of money into it and gotten little to no benefit, as the primary feature that sold us on it was the ability to see engagement with our members. That isn't even on a schedule for delivery. It's been a horror story from beginning to end--this doesn't tell all of it. We certainly would not make this decision again and would strongly recommend anyone making an agreement with A2 to get in writing a delivery date for the system and penalties for not making the dates. They charge an implementation fee and also start the monthly license/support fees before you get the system--it looks cheaper at the start but not if you pay for months of service (collected in lump sum payments at the start) waiting for delivery.
