Absolutely fabulous service today from someone who just took complete control of a situation.
We were in a bit of a sticky wicket and a representative was able to completely turn the situation around. He communicated with his colleagues in a flash absolutely immediately took control of the situation. His colleagues were able to help him to manage the situation in such great speed that we were absolutely blown away at the human kindness that they all showed today. It really was like a Christmas miracle. I can’t disclose all the details of the situation but I can say a massive public. Thank you to this particular man and his colleagues who helped at Hayden Wick today. Thank you so very much from the bottom of our heart for your extremely professional and swift support. This event will stick in my mind because of the way that he dealt with it, and this will have a big influence on who I spend my money with in the future.

So far from my experience the staff have been rude to me and my friends, they have no right to winge at us playing a bit of ball in the toys section when all they do is wait on wages and stock shelves. Back to work my little elves!

Always have loved this Asda but due to ill health have been unable to travel from Newbury to continue shopping here. Staff lovely, food etc great. Now for the bad news for the staff I see our ex chairman Stuart rose has taken over at the top be warned enjoy your canteen while you have it after he left sainsburys we ended up with no cooked breakfasts which set us up for the day especially on a Sunday when we really looked forward to it! Instead Mr rose got rid of our cook and then we ended up with microwaves, fridges, etc took the soul out of our canteen the only way to put how it felt when we went in each day was a morgue would have been better than what he left us with!!!

Delivery replacements are often unhinged, tempting products are offered but never delivered, often replaced the most basic and unwanted products for 6 continuous months. e.g. Exceptional by ASDA 10 Mozzarella & Tomato Chicken Chipolata Sausages 340g ordered 8 times, never received, always replaced with the 6 plain and barely seasoned sausages rather than other chipolatas or nice sausages. When ordering the dine in for £10 option, I have had starters replaced with 3 for 7.50 ready meal mac and cheese, as well as the main swapped from fish pie to mac and cheese. Discontinued or raised the price on most of the veggie/vegan products I order, it is disappointing that it costs more to eat vegetables than animals.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased George products online and returned via the delivery driver. More than one month and countless emails, Calls, social media messages etc. I still don’t have a refund. I dread to think how many others they are fooling, especially those who may not have the ability to chase them etc. I’m going to report them to trading standards and encourage others to do so if you have similar experiences. No one should get away with unlawfully keeping customer’s money.

I have recently started going ASDA even though I've got Tesco and Lidil more closer.Every week I spend about £80-£90 on my shopping. But the problem starts right after u put everything on the trolley. You try to go to the tills,theres not enough staffs to serve. Maybe 2 or 3 and all the rest is non serv.and the que is always long, you go to self service and the packing area can't hold much weight and always needs assistance. You(ASDA) definitely need to fix that weight adjustment problem. When I need assistance, the staffs are always laughing and chatting with each other, donno what they get paid for. Even if you get one to help u, they show u attitude like it is my fault to come shopping there. I don't know, looks like ASDA has too much money now that they don't care about customers anymore.

My 5 stars are dedicated to Julie and her superpowers at the self service tills! She somehow managed to get our promotional coupon to work after the 5 previous attempts with various other staff members had failed. Go Julie, use your powers and then everyone can have 2 tins of chocolate for £5!! 😆🤣

Asda sort this thing out with your click and collect , 6 substitute item ( every time same issue not once I had everything) missing products from bigger multi packs, at the end I left something in the crate because i didn’t want it I was told it would be refunded, never received that. Never again I will use this. Ohh I forgot to mention the waiting time always at least 15minutes o and more.
