Perfect service. Purchased a car and they do go an extra mile just to make everything perfect. Came to buy Discovery 4 ended up with Discovery 5. Had to wait until car will be ready for us to collect as car was just arrived and needed some work done. Nathan showed us around, took us for a test drive and kept us updated about progress of preparation.

Frustration and disappointment has got the better of me now.
Whilst Nathan was pleasant to deal with he has failed to deliver on after sales items/promises agreed at the point of sale.
Problems encountered with the car also after the sale, which i was very surprised about considering the dealership was a Jaguar specialist - some of these items i would have expected to have been addressed prior to sale considering their vehicles are rigorously inspected.

Called the morning of Christmas Eve to look at a Jag XFR V8, by 10:00 I was onsite looking at it and less than 40 minutes later I was away. I traded in my last Jag I’d only had for a few months but the service I was given was just brilliant, kind, honest and really shows care for customers. I wanted to leave that day so they’ve agreed for me to bring it back in the new year for a service. Overall very happy and definitely if you have a Jag or want a different one this is the place to go.

I love this garage, they have tons of old Jaguars, Astons, and a some new ones too. Even a classic Land Rover.

A fantastic garage with a large selection of cars, although I didn't buy anything the prices seemed fair for what you were getting - they even let me walk around with my camera to get photos on multiple occasions.

Recommend if you are looking for a Jaguar or an older Aston Martin (or a E-Type! This place is just full of them!)

What can I say about Arun moters? FANTASTIC! I love the place, everything about it, always got a great selection of cars, the staff are a throwback, I mean that in the best possible taste, as in they are genuine people who have your best interests at heart. OK you own a jaaaag so don't expect £20 for repairs ( we all know that) but main dealers are rip off artists, these people know there stuff and don't rip you off. I have a four hour round trip to get there, I wouldn't take my xkr anywhere else, you have to sleep at night, I can knowing my car is in safe hands. Thankyou to everyone, especially Nathen,

I have had an awful experience. I bought a Land Rover Discovery with the promise of a new service. After a year I had it serviced again and the state of the oil filter and build up indicated that it had not been service in a long time. If they had serviced it properly they would have seen this as I had only done 7000 miles and the oil would absolutely not have built up like that in that time. As a result shortly after the engine failed completely and it has cost us thousands to repair with no help from Arun. Upon finally seeing the service history it became clear that it had not been serviced since doing 18,000 miles. The sale advert said it had been serviced by Stafford Land Rover a few years before but this was not listed and on contacting Stafford Land Rover have no record of this. I truely believe that if they had serviced it properly or even at all, they would have seen this & the engine would likely have failed soon after and within our 3 month warranty. The only answer I got was that they had a receipt for the service and this tends to happen with these cars. They did offer to send me some information about possible garages that could help with repairs but I didn’t even get that. I would absolutely NOT buy from there again and would not recommend.
