Absolutely brilliant service. Spoke to Gemma initially who was extremely helpful and arranged for Chris to come out and do a local survey. They did everything really quickly and as promised. Think the level of customer service from the team was really excellent.

I sent Armco a query via their website regarding some domestic asbestos issues and received an email back from a chap called Neil within a day. I gave Neil a ring (on a bank holiday Sunday!) and have to say he obviously knows his stuff; he was very reassuring and pragmatic and happy to talk me through my issues. I contacted this company for some advice regarding asbestos materials, the lady who answered my call was called Jane who was very friendly and professional. She told me that she would arrange for Neil who was the senior expert, to call me back. He called me back very quickly and was able to give me some professional knowledge and reassurance, and dealt with my questions so well. I was very pleased to deal with people who take pride in their work and can give honest advice and reassurance. I really appreciated their time, and even had a call back from Jane after to check that I had received all of the information I needed. Neil and Jane were fantastic in dealing with my questions. Very informative, friendly and helpful- let me know that I didn't need a survey when the other 3 places I called all gave large quotes!

Lovely chap walked me though my house over the phone and higighted exactly where asbestos might be, taking into account when it was built and the build type. In the end, I didn't need a survey done and saved myself £500! Many thanks and will definitely use this company if I ever need to for larger renovations.
