Purchased a Seagate Xbox 2TB Portable Gaming Hard Drive today , tried to use it and realised that it does not work on my Xbox XS . I returned to the store only to be told that as I had broken the seal that it cannot be returned or exhanged No offer of it returning it to the manufacturer or any other good customer service help pratices and basically being told that there is nothing that can be done . I have reviewed the description online and it is extremely misleading and does show pictures the exact Xbox on the packaging . My family have being using Argos and Sainsburys for years and tried to buy local and not go online/internet , with customer service like this my son has learn a good lesson today , STEER WELL CLEAR OF ARGOS !!!!! BUY FROM ELSEWHERE as Amazon and Currys have a far superior returns policy .

Bought samsung galaxy tab A9+ on 23rd of April it was advertised with a magnetic flip cover but the teller said didn't have stock. I called costumer service today as it will expire soon but they just said dont have one and just disconnect the phone without explaination or anything to replace.

The store was quite busy, but still got served in a decent amount of time. Click & collect was very straightforward. I guess the only criticism is that because it's attached to the supermarket there isn't a whole lot of room at the tills.
