I requested a data swap onto a new much smaller hard drive. It took a couple of attempts to get everything working - mainly because I'm computer illiterate & couldn't explain myself very well - I dealt predominantly with Freddie when I called the Help Desk. He was fantastic - polite, professional, reassuring, repeated everything back to me to ensure he'd taken the details correctly, but he was also a good laugh, which I appreciate. Lewis was the technician that did the swap & worked through the issues with me. I wont pretend to understand how he did it, but the relief when everything that was there before was still there, but with a Windows update, was massive. I still hate computers lol, but I'm very pleased with the service I received from all those involved and who helped me at Apollo Technology. They didn't stop until I was completely happy and have made clear they are only a phone call away in the future if I need them.

Over lockdown I decided to build a custom water cooling loop for my gaming PC. After assempling the loop I was nervous about filling it with the coolant, so looked for a professional to fill and test it.

Most shops would not touch a setup like this due its niche nature. I only found one shop local to me in Bristol who would look at it. However after finding Apollo I opted to choose them, even though they were more than an hour's round trip away.

Boy am I glad I did! They were super professional. They asked all the right questions and I could tell they knew their stuff. They kept me regularly updated on their progress and answered all my questions.

They have found a loyal customer in myself. I wouldn't trust anyone else apart from Apollo to touch my rig and you shouldn't either.

Apollo staff are really helpful, efficient and friendly. I had a scam virus on my laptop which they sorted out very quickly. Excellent service!

Everyone I met was very friendly and helpful, but I went in with a broken screen and was charged £30 to be told, after a minute of looking at it, what I told them when I walked in, soooo I feel like a bit of a mug 😅 I don't know what else to say, but the repairs are more than the device is worth, so I won't be using them in this instance. I do think it's good to have a service like this locally, though. I just wasn't expecting to be charged anything, because no one mentioned a fee before we started and I could have filled out an online form with the same information for free... I feel kind of foolish, but lesson learned I guess 😳

Did a health check on our laptop. Back within the same day, except for some drivers that needed updating. They completed these the following afternoon when I dropped it off. Very helpful and great customer service.
