My wife and I are delighted with the results of the work carried out by Allan of A-ONE IT ltd - our wireless network had multiple black spots in our stone built barn and sorted by the addition of another hardwired transmitter located at the opposite end of our property. Great care was taken in the planning and final execution of the installation respecting our property and resulting in a perfect outcome for us - great wifi coverage and no mess to tidy up! I was somewhat at sea to say the least when my trusty more mature Dell laptop lost a load of stuff when I undertook a factory reset (which perhaps may not have been necessary had I contacted Allan in the first place), including Microsoft Word and Excel, which I use regularly. Allan set me up these and a new product license at a one off price rather than be tied in to an annual hefty subscription, most sensible, he also increased the RAM and gave my PC a going over through his expertise and my machine now works appreciably faster. I don't drive and was delighted that Allan came to me, picked and and dropped off my laptop and was able to pay at home by debit card. Very reasonable rate for what has been done, in this day and age when people always want to sell you more, Allan confirmed that whilst an older machine, mine was worth saving with some tweaking and improvements, much appreciated. Thoroughly recommended, especially for IT dinosaurs like me.

Became acquainted with A-One-IT through my workplace as Allan looked after the company IT. Allan is always quick to respond to queries and quite often will try to talk you through a solution via the telephone if possible. Failing that Allan will collect your laptop and take it away for repair.

I wouldn't think to go elsewhere if I have a problem with my laptop, Allan will sort it!

He has also supplied me and all my family with our internet security for the past 7+ years at a very decent price.

Brilliant had me laptop updated to W10, with new SSD inside. It runs fab!

I'm not a fan of computers, but darn it I needed a laptop, this system so slow booting up I could brew a tea lol. Required an expert IT engineer, Fixed now !
Allan has once again cleaned up my computer, very reasonable prices, prompt service and friendly. I've been using A-ONE IT for about 10 years thanks.
